CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER

Katalyst will hire a Client Relations Manager to aid in our Client Experience (CX) Organization’s mission of keeping our clients at the center of what do. We need a self-starter with keen attention to detail and the willingness to collaborate with others often while working in a fast pace environment to handle time sensitive tasks. This role supports assigned Account Managers, drives existing and new business within our client base, and helps generate comprehensive proposals. Katalyst will provide a supportive internal circle to aid in your development including a peer mentor. 

 

Responsibilities/ Job Function 

  • Work closely with the outside sales team in achieving quarterly objectives 

  • Drive upsells in Katalyst Services, Software and Maintenance products and programs

  • Work to maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction

  • Support assigned Account Managers in all opportunities including but not limited to quote building, deal registration, review of contract terms, order processing preparation and any client follow up 

  • Be able to work overtime as workload requires during end of month, quarter, and year

  • Work closely with team to provide order updates and status of inflight business as needed

  • Performs other duties as assigned and required. Duties and responsibilities may change from time to time without notice and include but are not limited to the duties described above

 

Qualifications/Experience 

  • 1-4 years of professional work experience

  • Solid instincts of sales support or customer service 

  • Experience working in the Technology industry preferred but not required

  • Salesforce, QuoteWerks or CRM system experience

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite required

  • Extreme organization as well as strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills required

  • Adaptable with the ability to take initiative and change directions often

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with ability to handle multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:  Commensurate to experience

ESTIMATED TRAVEL:  Less than 5%
