About the Role
Katalyst is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Engineer, Managed Services. As part of our technical team, you will provide proactive technical expertise while focusing on client loyalty and long-term relationships. You will deliver managed services using a proactive approach centered on each client's business, suggesting new and better ways to keep them succeeding with Katalyst solutions. You will help set the standard for a great client experience and help build a managed services practice clients rely on.
Qualifications
Education
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
Work Experience
- 3+ years of systems / infrastructure support experience (required).
- 3+ years managing Azure and Microsoft 365 environments (preferred).
- 2+ years deploying or supporting data center technologies (virtualization, storage, compute, backup).
- Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solutions and support ticketing systems.
Certifications Preferred
- Microsoft Azure Administration
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administration or similar
- VMware Data Center certification (VCP, VCTA)
- ITIL
- Security certifications (Security+ or equivalent)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Meraki certifications
