Katalyst is actively recruiting Account Managers in the Carolinas! Katalyst is specifically searching for young professionals with a few years of sales success in recruiting, and are ready to make the transition to the more lucrative field of technology sales.


The starting compensation for this role at-plan ranges from the low $90’s to the $110’s. Compensation over time can exceed $250k as you develop your book of business.

  • Complex business proposals– how to create proposals that are accurate, concise and compelling

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Proven track record in exceeding sales objectives

  • Passion for customer service

  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills

  • BA/BS degree is required


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Meet and/or exceed quarterly goals

  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities, following up on new leads and reporting to the Director of Sales on weekly activity

  • Working to help maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction

  • Management, coordination and promotion of customer and team marketing campaigns
