Brandon Harms joins Katalyst in the role of Solutions Engineer for Cybersecurity. He has man
y years in the IT industry and has held network and security engineering positions for large telecom, DoD, and enterprise organizations throughout the US.
He has obtained many industry certifications during his career, including CISSP, GPEN, CCNP, and C|EH. After a decade of engineering and five years as a penetration tester he took on the role of CTO for an MSSP. For last five years he has been pursuing his passion of security engineering for telecom, MDR startups, and global security vendors.
He currently resides in South Carolina with his wife and four children. When he's not working, you can find him playing golf and getting out on Lake Wylie with the family.

Katalyst would like to welcome Ralph Bozzini as an Account Manager. He is an IT sales and consulting professional who has been supporting and partnering with customers across the Carolinas for more than two decades.
He brings 25 years of experience to the Katalyst Krew from a career in IT Solutions selling with companies like Bay Networks, Cisco, Citrix and F5 Networks.
Ralph grew up in Philadelphia, PA but moved to North Carolina for college where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business & Economics from Pfeiffer University.
When not immersed in client successes and quota attainment, he can be found hiking with his 19-year-old daughter or playing a round of competitive golf with friends.

Someone you'd like to meet: Ben Hogan
Alex Kalouris joins the team in the role of Account Manager. In this role Alex will be ensuring exceptional customer service while managing opportunities and bridging Katalyst's technical services to the delivery of client solutions.
He brings 10 years of experience to the Katalyst family with previous roles in Account Management and Opportunity Sales where he quickly learned the importance of the customer experience. He started his career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and spent five seasons working with the Carolina Panthers. He then decided to move into technology, where he provided VOIP services at RingCentral.
Alex grew up in Raleigh, NC, and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He then completed his Master’s degree in Sports Management at Southern New Hampshire University.
When not immersed in client services and technology, Alex enjoys boating on Lake Norman, hiking in the mountains and spending time with family and friends.
