Job Description

Katalyst is seeking a Inside Sales Rep (ISR) to help hit its aggressive sales goals. In this role, you will prospect, engage and qualify opportunities for yourself and the sales team as we work to become the leading Managed Service Provider in the South East.


As an ISR, you will identify sales opportunities in the area. You will be responsible for sales activity and will be expected to generate a high volume of meetings and opportunities each month.


This role will work directly with the Revenue Operations team team and reports to the VP of Revenue Operations.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Consistent activity of phone calls, emails, social outreach and in person networking

  • Managing of deals with our Managed Services offerings from discovery to close

  • Oversee the generating of qualified sales opportunities for the Account Management team for Professional Services opportunities

  • Work with the Marketing team to develop sales enablement collateral on all major campaigns

  • Work with a team of Account Managers to ensure company goals and team growth goals are met

  • Use Salesforce to keep your performance and funnel organized

  • Become an expert in Managed Service offerings to better understand and serve our customers and prospects

  • Compete as a member of the BDR team to help grow in your sales career


Required Experience/Skills


  • Experience in the prospecting targets for 2+ years.

  • Proven ability to generate positive conversations with prospects.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Outreach.

  • Ability to form relationships across the organization – particularly with Revenue Operations, Marketing and Account Management

  • Positive, persuasive communicator. 



  • Undergraduate degree in any field
