Senior Account Manager

Katalyst Network Group is recruiting a Senior Account Manager with experience in consultative selling. This candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in selling technology solutions to mid-market, public sector and enterprise organizations. Excellent presentation, lead generation, "closing" abilities and relationship skills a must.

Preferred Experience Includes:

  • Industry experience in information technology, telecommunications or e-business
  • Industry experience in selling Data Center solutions, Voice & Video (Unified Communications), and Data Networking Solutions
  • Specific industry sales experience in selling Cisco, Microsoft, EMC and VMware solutions or comparable technologies.
  • Established business-to-business relationships in the North and South Carolina

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for customer service
  • 5 years sales experience of technical sales

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Exceeding gross profit quarterly quota
  • Bringing in new clients with strategic demand generation campaigns
  • Mastering Katalyst' sales process
  • Presenting Katalyst's methodologies and service offerings to prospective clients
  • Developing and/or maintaining extensive product knowledge
  • Conducting initial needs analysis for prospective clients
  • Managing Katalyst's proposal process
  • Customer satisfaction with existing clients
  • Handling contract negotiations
