Account Manager
Applicant should have experience in IT sales with ability to provide a total solution and value added sales strategy. Excellent presentation, lead generation, "closing" abilities and relationship skills a must. Must have a strong desire to work within a team as well as the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Managing Katalyst's quote and proposal process
- Managing Katalyst's production schedule
- Developing and/or maintaining extensive product knowledge
- Customer satisfaction with existing clients
- Mastering Katalyst' sales process
- Managing demand creation campaigns
- Presenting Katalyst's methodologies and service offerings to prospective clients
- Conducting initial needs analysis for prospective clients
- Handling contract negotiations
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- BA/BS degree

- 2 years sales experience for an IT organization
Preferred Experience:
- Industry experience in information technology, healthcare services, telecommunications or e-business
- Technical background/experience in security and communications processes and technologies
- Established clientele in the North and South Carolina

Senior Network Engineer
The senior engineer requires expertise in multiple areas of information technology, including strategic planning, design and implementation of network-related technology, testing of networks and systems, ongoing support and administration of network infrastructure, etc.
While an engineer's specific talents may be more focused toward a given aspect of network infrastructure technology, a successful candidate must be knowledgeable in the following areas:

Helpful Certifications:
A senior engineer will be primarily responsible for the detailed design, deployment and support of all information security projects for clients. A senior engineer may be called upon to assist pre-sales analysis in conceptual designs, customer pre-sales meetings, product research, etc.
